My house is furnished with 95% Ikea furniture and furnishings and i have been happy with most of my purchases. This king bed has beed an exception though. I have a Malm double bed and Askvoll twin beds and have not complains about them.

The Idanas king bed is very poorly engineered i should say and its impossible for 2 people to have a sound sleep on it without getting disturbed by the swaying of the bed when any one person moves. It sways with each and every movement.

@IKEACanada Beware of purchasing as-is items. Some stores will sell damaged items without disclosing. Always check item in the store even if they are in sealed packs.

@IKEACanada very disappointed with the As-is item purchased from Toronto downtown. They packed damaged items and sold them without disclosure.

@IKEACASupport Burlington store removes valid reservations and sometimes keeps invalid reservations and does not put item back to the available list for others to reserve. This has happened 3 times now.

@IKEACASupport why is the Burlington store Online as-is so inconsistent. Sometimes, they cancel reservations before the allotted time. And sometimes they keep the reservations for over 3 days.

@IKEACASupport Pickup. I had come from 50km far to pick those items and my trip was wasted. This happened to me in North york store too once. But Burlington store sometime removes valid reservations and sometime keeps invalid reservations for many days. This way people who seriously want cannot

@IKEACASupport Last week i had reserved some items from AS-IS during the day. I know that the policy is that they will stay reserved for me until close of business day next day. But then removed my reservation on the same day itself. And then when i went to the atore they were not available for

@IKEACASupport Also when i went , i asked about some other items that i had seen a few days ago and if they still had it, found that it was reserved against someone else id for 4 days, whereas the reservation should be removed on close of store the next day. Due to this others cannot reserve

@IKEACASupport i wonder who manages the Online reservations for Ikea Burlington. I have observed that even if i reserve an item online, they are not reserved till the next working day. Someone out there in the Burlington store has been removing the items from reservation.
