Launching something this quarter? Reply with what you're building — I'll share the stage checklist I use.
@Predict10Scores Beta-before-launch is the validation step most builders skip. One suggestion: track WHERE testers drop in registration→prediction flow, not just what they report — behavior beats feedback. Good luck for 26/27 ⚽
@ironmind26 The real unlock buried in here isn't the AI — it's that everything flows through ONE system instead of 47 tabs. That's also why most people's "second brain" fails: five capture points, zero process. One pipe beats ten tools, with or without AI.
@BuildNexusAI 💡 Launch Ledger 🎯 Solo creators who keep almost-launching digital products 🚀 Launch — shipped this week
It's a Notion OS that walks idea → research → validation → build → launch in one system. Building it in public, doing the same 8 stages on itself 🔁
@dev_faizan Posting "Broken: mobile timeline renders out of order" next to the shipped list is exactly how build-in-public earns trust. The honest changelog IS the marketing. Following for week 3.
@rickykimov "No investors, no big team, months of late nights" is the only launch story that ages well. Day 1 tip: write down today what you THINK users will love — in 30 days compare it with what they actually use. That gap becomes your roadmap. Good luck from another day-1er 🤝
@KatiyarSaiyam Shipped > perfect. Quick UI note: lead the landing with ONE screenshot of the rent-tracking view — that's the money feature for landlords. Everything else can live below the fold. Clean work for a first full-stack app.
@MihaelStojcevic Congrats on shipping #1 🎉 One tip from someone a few days ahead of you: the second post matters more than the launch post. Show ONE wallpaper on a real desk/phone setup tomorrow — context sells art better than grids. What's the next pack?
The most expensive mistake in digital products isn't building something bad.
It's spending 6 weekends building something nobody asked for.
Validate before you build. Every time.
@makaroxi "Pass evidence, not vibes" is going straight into my vocabulary. Same rule saves human systems too — my launch checklist forces every stage to hand the next one an artifact, not a feeling. Chapter 6 sounds like the one to read first.
@TezaApps One rolled-up view for the daily check, with per-product filtering when something moves. The question I'd actually ask: can it flag WHICH product caused a revenue dip without me digging? That's the moment manual spreadsheets die. Happy to beta it when multi-product lands.
You don't lack product ideas. You lack a repeatable process.
Idea → Research → Validation → Offer → Build → Pre-Launch → Launch → Optimize.
Skip a stage and you pay for it later. Usually on launch day.
@Ejaz_bashir1 The "validate demand" step deserves more than a prompt: AI can draft your survey, but it can't tell you if strangers will pay. Fastest real signal I've found: 10 DMs to people who posted about the problem this month. Their words become your copy.
@a_bsit@Web3Forms Simple stacks ship. The pre-launch trap isn't missing tools, it's scattered state — waitlist here, copy there, tasks in your head. One place where you can see "what's done, what's next" is worth more than any new tool. Web3Forms is a great zero-config pick.
@HichamHimm98392@gumroad Rooting for you. One honest tip: "RT to support" asks people to do you a favor — buyers respond to "here's what this fixes for you." Lead with the one problem your product kills, in the first line. Favors get likes; outcomes get sales.
@GTservicescom Month 1 lesson everyone learns the hard way. The fix that worked for me: stop describing the product, start quoting the problem — in the exact words your users say it. Your copy improves overnight when it's their sentence, not yours.
@Eleanor42032721 More traffic + falling conversion usually means the page answers "what is it" but not "why should I care." Worth testing: lead screenshot showing the outcome (not the UI) + social proof above the fold. Day 126 persistence is rare 👏
@makaroxi Scoped roles + QA gates is exactly the unlock — "reliable" is where most Notion agent setups die. Curious how you're handling handoffs between agents when a step fails? That's the part I keep seeing people fudge.
@NellyMaryobwo "No viral moment" is the honest version of every real launch. A store + a guide you believe in + a working template is more than most people ship. One suggestion: pick ONE place your buyers already gather and go deep there for 2 weeks. Depth beats spray.
@mugoya This thread should be required reading. The 6-weeks-to-silence pipeline almost always breaks at the same spot: validation never happened. Now I don't let myself build until I've found 10 people saying the problem in their own words. What's the system you moved to?
