🚨🚨CHAMPION ALERT!!🚨🚨 The Rock women's cross country team just dominated the PSAC Championships to run away with the 2023 PSAC title! SRU had five runners in the top 20 on the way to winning its first PSAC XC title since 1995.

XC: Congrats to SRU XC runners Ethan Brentham and Steph Keelon, who won the 2023 PSAC Champion Scholar awards at today's PSAC meet. The award goes to the athlete at the championships with the highest GPA. Both Ethan and Steph are 4.0 students with more than 130 credits!
