Friendships should leave you feeling supported and loved. If you consistently feel drained, anxious, or worse after spending time with someone, it’s a sign the relationship may be toxic.

Not all friendships are meant to last forever. If someone no longer aligns with your values or personal growth, it’s okay to let them go. Growth often requires letting go.

As a young adult, never allow yourself to be the person who comes in with the "suck it up" attitude. Everyone might have a different tolerance level but minimizing what hurts you is exactly the problem.

It's tough seeing people trapped in their hell holes so you try to reach them and lend a hand to get out of there. The cruel thing is, most of them don't want to be saved; they want company. In fact, they might even bring you down instead of letting you help them up.

Villain characters that allow you to empathize with evil are interesting.

It doesn't justify the characters actions, but it does offer understanding and perspective about the choices they made, and what makes them broken.
