Have been travelling through Southern & Eastern Africa for past 16yrs, with my wife. Sometimes friends join us for a safari in my specially built Landrover.
@WJJSPhotography@BBCSpringwatch It's exciting getting up from the roof of our Land Rover for breakfast, plugging in the laptop to see what was wandering round us while we slept.
@WJJSPhotography@BBCSpringwatch Dear Jess, I love the quality of your camera trap images of the foxes, I have a couple that I take to Africa each year. But they do not produce as good an image as yours. Can you tell what model you were using please. Graham Everett
@WJJSPhotography@BBCSpringwatch I've had genet, brown & spotted hyena, leopard, honey badger, meerkat, owl, Cape fox, Jackals, porcupine, giraffe ( legs only)various antelope, one night on the same camera, a gallago ( large bush baby) elephant & leopard.

Today we saw 5 wild dogs, 6 lionesses and 3 hyenas.
We had to drive a long way to see these animals, after a quite day out yesterday where we only saw a lone hyena and a large journey of giraffes.... https://t.co/K3WYkEGjPy

Much warmer here in Harare this morning, no need for my fleece at 8am. I guess it's because I've traveled about 600kms North over the last 2 days. I hope my first Guest's flight from Nairobi is on time, then we have another 300km North to Mana Pools on the Zambezi.
Dad was all packed ready for his first flight which was to Munich, unfortunately EasyJet cancelled the flight. Had to get a coach to Heathrow instead. So he ended up going to Zurich first.
