and no we didn't redo the work order lol. we've had 20+ tradespeople in our house during this reno and the @RelianceCares tech is the only person this has ever happened with, we already got quotes from other AC/furnace companies, why would we give Reliance any money after that

Literally reviving my Twitter for the entire purpose of letting folks know that @RelianceCares sent us a technician who, when asked to protect my pregnant partner by wearing a provided lightweight surgical mask, recoiled and said "I'm not wearing that thing."

When we phoned @RelianceCares all they could say was that they'd re-do the work order but include a note saying the technician should mask this time. No judgment on the phone operator, who was clearly not authorized to do anything else, but huge judgment on Reliance itself 🙃
