1. Listening first, voting second.
Yesterday's call with our Japanese community leaders surfaced an additional offer worth reviewing. To give them—and everyone else—time to polish proposals, we’re pushing the Snapshot vote back 10–14 days.
New target window: mid May (exact date TBA).

2. Unstake in time to vote.
Snapshot counts only wallet balances, not staked ones. If you’re still in the pool, hit UNSTAKE by 8 May 10:00 UTC so your tokens clear the 7‑day cool‑down before the new vote window opens.

3. Selective Transparency shouldn’t sit on the shelf.
The feature has been audit‑ready for a month. With the fork vote moving, we may launch Selective Transparency sooner instead of waiting—stay tuned for a firm date.
