@amazon I placed a order for delivery today but then I get an email they can't deliver today because it arrived damaged. Suspicious but fine except you won't let cancel it either. Cancel my item.
@adidas I ordered shoes and you sent me a shirt. How do you make that mistake and now I have to ship back asap in order to get the shoes. You did offer 30% off my next order which is stupid because I need the shoes not a next order. How do you make that mistake and not fix it?

Hey @FedEx why do you even bother with the @FedExHelp account? Not one time has this account assisted me in locating a package you lost or damaged. Looking at the Twitter account I'm in the majority on this. And on top you're raising rates? The sheer audacity.
@FedEx@FedExHelp I'd trust my aging dog with cardiomyopathy to walk the package to me across the country before I'd trust you. I'd trust myself to doggie paddle the item across the Atlantic Ocean first. I'd trust the USPS first.

@NFHSNetwork Might want to know your whole site is down. Five different people with five accounts trying to watch in five different locations and we can't even get on your site or app anymore. This is beyond annoying.
