He has admitted careless driving causing the death of Irishman John Maher 😪

He was previously DEPORTED from Austria after unspecified crimes there and elsewhere.

He was only removed from IPAS after "an altercation" with another resident. He had a Deportation Order from Ireland and was still able to work on a building site and was living (rent and bill free) in the Grand Hotel, Wicklow.
