@parcelforce how do I get compensation for flowers that I sent on 29/4 for next day delivery that weren’t delivered until today and are now dead? You phone line is useless only offering tracking, redelivery etc

@vaxsupport still no sign of the Glide I ordered and paid for on 16/11/21 the whole scenario has become completely ridiculous

@vaxsupport you sent me the wrong machine promised on next day delivery took 2 days. I have to wait for wrong machine to be collected before you will reorder the correct one. Package not picked up today as promised what a fiasco. Now I can’t get in touch with anyone until Monday.
