@mandm just thought you would appreciate a little feedback regarding my recent order.
Evri took hold of my parcel last weekend and it still hasn't been delivered they have had it a week now. It has put me off ordering from you due to the delivery mess from evri.
@Brsk_uk it looks like it's more than just BD12 area down! Please can you put a post out? Nobody can get through on the telephone!! Please update! Also would be a good idea to have a status page so people can see if you are aware and on with a fix.
@virginmedia I thought that would be the case! Speak to some foreign person that will try sell me another package and waste another half hour of my time!! Shower of shite service!! Can't cancel so ombudsman will have another record of this abysmal service.
@virginmedia tried to cancel through the messaging part and after 1 hr had enough! So the news was correct it's hard to cancel a contract with yourselves! Direct debit will be stopped next month got the chat which you didn't respond to so that with all the info of poor service.
@virginmedia It never shows as a fault but there clearly is!! 4 times in 2 days!! I am logging it and will report to ofcom just gathering data I have reported it various times but its not changed and I am not ringing to go through the check your cables bull!!
@virginmedia can't wait until my contract ends in September! Internet went off twice yesterday and twice today so far! No I can't be arsed reporting it as you sent me a new router out last time saying it was that when clearly its just your shit service!! #worstserviceever
@virginmedia The page always says we wait to fix within 24 hours! I had a problem a while ago and they said the router was faulty now I'm beginning to think thos is not the case! I'm just annoyed I have to do all the chasing and don't even get a thanks for it but your happy to take money!

@virginmedia I have checked the page a few times and it says there's an issue in the area but to have it go off so many times surely it isn't getting fixed properly which I would be looking at what the engineers are actually doing!!
@virginmedia Everything it goes off it says there's an issue!! This week it has gone off close to 20 times its a disgrace!! Paying for a good package but it's not worth it! I have never know it be so poor as it has been since the major outage!! Twice a day it goes down!
@virginmedia another shit night of broadband failing I wonder if you will ever provide a half decent service. On off all night again. Can't wait for this contract to end anyone has to be better than @virginmedia right now.
