I would like to formally express my disappointment regarding how my VVIP ticket was handled.

I purchased a VVIP ticket worth ₱16,000 with the expectation of receiving the experience and benefits associated with that tier. However, my seat was changed—

Imagine getting a VVIP ticket, paying 16k, and ending up with 0 fan benefits from the raffle. VVIP should’ve had more guaranteed benefits to begin with, and not leave fans walking away with nothing. There were seat reallocations and adjustments within the VVIP section. So… where did those raffle slots go?

We’re already dealing with one of the worst concert organizers, and here we are, just days before D-Day, and BBE still managing to exceed our already low expectations. Can you please do better?!?

Manila deserves better. Manila deserves the same treatment and fan benefits that other concert stops received. It honestly feels like we’re being robbed of perks that should’ve been included in the first place!!

Just one week before the FOURever Tour in Manila, VVIP ticket holders are still waiting for an official update regarding the guaranteed fan benefits included with their tickets.

Among all the Southeast Asian stops, Manila seems to be the only one where VVIP ticket holders have no secured fan perks beyond the soundcheck, while other countries were able to enjoy guaranteed tier-specific benefits. Filipino iKONICS deserve the same level of appreciation and experience as every other stop on the tour.
