@TeamYouTube Maybe to return to YouTube on my TV I need to use a non-Google streaming product. Any recommendations for one with a non-evil, non-instrusive YouTube app that works as well as on my Android devices?

@TeamYouTube It's literally easier for me to consume YouTube only on my phone now, and only watch other "working" streaming options on my TV with chromecast.

@TeamYouTube Not having any issues on my chromecasts with Netflix or Disney+. But wow, what a terrible YouTube experience now. Why would you give us no option to revert the change or deny the firmware update? This is not the device that worked perfectly last week, nor the devices I bought.

@TeamYouTube I purchased these devices for how well they worked day 1, not expecting a year later the experience would be broken by a firmware updated being forced upon me, to only harass me now daily when trying use my YouTube Premium account. The experience on my phone and PC is far better.

@TeamYouTube Then the update was forced this week and a dozen factory resets on the phone with support won't bring back the old control interface. What's the point of a factory reset if it doesn't reset the firmware to actual factory shipped settings?

@TeamYouTube Tried rebooting and factory reset. Chromecast Ultra on ethernet is slow to respond to commands. This first happened in March, I called support via my Google Home app and was instructed to do a factory reset. Worked perfectly for months, back to normal working condition.

@TeamYouTube This is the interface now, dark and covered up, I want to see what I paused, takes 8 seconds to disappear after playing again. Only happens with YouTube, on all of my chromecasts noe after the updated.

@GateWorld @netflix @MGMTelevision @netflix Why does every episode of SG1 still say it contains nudity? Amazon had the superior pilot, superior quality for seasons 1-5, and you still mis-report 99.9% of episodes as TV-MA. Why even bother showing a rating for every episode if it's wrong?
