@simplypodlogica In my 20’s I wish I had a stronger sense of self worth - that my perceived flaws aren’t flaws, they are simply another aspect of me. I also wish I enjoyed the journey through my 20’s more rather than just focusing on the end goal.
@simplypodlogica When people refer to things from our childhood as ‘retro’. Reflecting on how my taste in radio stations has changed (heck maybe the fact I listen to radio, period).
@nilikm I honestly can’t wrap my head around why there is so many limitations around vaccinating at this point. By staging the first few doses shouldn’t we just be able to say ‘if it’s been x months since your last dose you’re eligible again’.
@AllEarsNet Another vote for the swan and dolphin from me. Great location, beautiful rooms, good price. And come on - the fountain has delish milkshakes.
@gpilgner @melissagrelo But what’s the breakdown amongst the cases? Half vaccinated half not? What about hospitalizations and ICUs?? Being sick isn’t the problem. Critical illness is the issue and that’s primarily unvaccinated.
@robichoud@melissagrelo I do respect peoples choice to not get vaccinated. If someone determines the risk of the vaccine is greater than the risk of covid that’s their choice. If they expect the community to reduce their risk of covid exposure it’s time to reevaluate their decision.
@Chedog5@melissagrelo Sure getting sick, but critical outcomes that require ICU are heavily swayed towards unvaccinated. And attending in person education isn’t complacent. That’s a part of life at this point we need to get used to.
@melissagrelo How long is it up to the general public to protect those who CHOOSE not to protect themselves?? Restrictions should only target populations that are overloading the healthcare system at this point.
