@tropicoastal I couldn’t part with my wolf, so I did it myself. It’s pretty easy! Oxiclean soak, handwash, oxiclean spray for stains, dry with a blow dryer and a slicker dog brush for the fluffiness! I chose not to restuff mine, cause I like him flat, but it’s basically seam rip, stuff,

@covepalms Our house was also built on an old bombing range and occasionally one of our neighbors would find landmines. After a few, they ended up having to put signs up wanting people not to dig. It was... interesting

@covepalms I lived next to an airport growing up. It was a military airport. I was terrified it was going to get bombed for some reason, and would hear the planes overhead going to land and dive under my bed, as if that would save me 😶

@LauraSavino747 Wolves. Especially red wolves. I know so much about them. They’re incredibly close to extinction, with only 75 or so left in captivity, and a few on nature preserves, but the NC wildlife department sees them as a pest and refuses to protect them
