It cost me significant harm to myself, with knock on effects for my family and the person responsible is still prancing around Diocesan and General Synod expecting special treatment and being enabled at her parish.

@OurCofELike This is an institutional problem associated with the way the CofE is set up I think. It can also impact on paid staff that are not clergy (specifically at a parish level). When there's something stinky in your situation it's Very Very Difficult to get any help or support to fix.

Does anyone know an illustrator that can help a charity out at a fairly cheap rate?
Kids at the disability charity where I work drew pics of the queen and we want to compile a book but need an illustrator to finish it off? (First person messed them around)

I will be out of work at the end of January due to redundancy.
I have good experience in the third sector, especially with tracking and organising stuff..

@CCullingworth Indeed. The overlocker using individual found threading it extremely stressful, and insisted on using old thread which snapped frequently.... so, not ideal. I was quite proficient in the end.

@create_ivish There's something in the way different jars are made too... pinch pots look very different to stuff that is done on a wheel for example.
And they whole thing is very messy!

@CCullingworth @create_ivish I remember the year I twigged that Christmas as I tried to create it would never work for our family. We do very small very low fuss now and everyone benefits.
