@Maytag_CA @TheMaytagMan u have commercials where repair man sitting around not busy. My dishwasher electrical panel doesn’t work after only 3 years. Why don’t u cover under warranty. Maybe bc u know it’s not reliable and u keep your repair men and parts busy

What ur saying is like saying in life there is risks, if dont save 4 rainy day etc, miss rent then u risk being evicted so shouldn’t help. Govt helped renters(I like this) but didn’t help LL. And actually harmed LL’s.

@Einsof13 @cbcnewsbc Interest can be $2500 on a million $ mortgage. What if landlord can’t make interest payment bc of these rules put in. Easy on name calling my friend. Just gotta see if there can be protections for landlords.

@richardzussman @GlobalBC Landlords need relief ASAP as they have these high mortgages and renters not paying rent and not allowed to evict so maybe they should provide funds to landlords if they are the ones putting landlords in this tough situation.

@GlobalBC No landlord should lose their house bc renter didn’t pay rent. If rent not being paid then mortgage payment(both principle and interest) should not have to be paid to bank.

@richardzussman @GlobalBC Makes no sense to me to announce on June 1st because many landlords already have June 1st rent so we can’t utilize this program even though our revenue decreased by 70%. Landlord not applying. Already have my April , May, June rent. This program expires this month.
