, he initially tld he wlcome in smtime to dliver bt still didnt deliver and reschedule my ordrer without consent.

I am trying to access the EPFO grievance portal , although my records exists the site keeps saying no records found even after entering correct details. Tried couple if times but same results.

I paid the extended warranty money to technician and they said it will be updated in the system. I am following up but still nobody has updated it and I am not able to see the warrnty. Techncian name us arman and his boss has still not updated the warranty in systm

@narendramodi No company will listen to employees request about WFH, they have opened up new offices and they want employees to waste their personal time more in traffic and come to office. Government should impose some rules to private sector companies making it wfh policy instead of office.

Called him many times but he is not picking up phone.

My pf number of my present organization is not being displayed on the grievance portal. Can't Eben raise it under "others" as it days invalid pf number. However same number is on my payslip, member portal under list of companies as well.

Worst customer service from SHILPA from escalation desk. A medicine item delayed for more than 72 hrs for a prime customer and the chat agent didn't even bother to provide a compensation for the delay of this. I kept on asking but she refused on face.

Used no broker services for shifting yesterday. Pathetic and terrible experience. The people are just incompetent and idiots in packers and customer care does false promise and backout after placing order. Disgusting 😡
