@airindia My parents flying on 8Aug KTM-JFK are missing middle name in their eticket even when I mentioned it at time of booking. How can it be corrected now? Your CSR is asking to cancel and rebook but that will incur a lot of costs and I don’t want to do that. Please help!

@bestwestern Checked into your Mariposa CA hotel today for two nights and it is horrible! Was given a room up a flight of stairs when my booking says a 4 yo accompanying me! The rooms door needs a powerful push to close, the laundry machines are horribly old.

The bed linens are dirty and the room interior resembles a lodge! I hoped of good WiFi for my office work in the morning and that is pathetic 13 Mbps too! To top it off the refrigerator of my room is not working which wasted all of my kids food! @bestwestern

@ScullyApts ... Bad experience even before moving in. About to move into an apartment on May 30, which was booked on April 29. Even after multiple requests, was only allowed to see the apartment on May 23. The only changes done are a fresh coat of paint and carpet ....

@ScullyApts .. Kitchen and bathroom are left as it was from the previous tenant except for a change in electrical switches. Bathroom tiles are worn out/faded and have gaps. Worried now that we have to move into such condition as we aren't left with much choice here.
