I purchased a TCL iffalcon tv on Flipkart on April 28th. Installation was done on May 2nd and on May 4th the screen started to flicker. Have got in touch with @tcl_india support team and raised my concern (complaint id in052023009011).

remains consistent. We then decided to get in touch with nearest tcl service centre on our own and repair it but again they neither sent any technician till date nor given us any timeline by when they can pay us a visit. @tcl_india please advice if we now have to discard the tv.
