Yes absolutely this is totally unfair to loyal customers.
trusted Samsung for quality and after-sales service, but this experience has been upsetting. I sincerely hope the team looks into this and helps resolve it. 🙏

They always find some excuse—policy, dent, anything—to avoid responsibility.

This is clearly a display defect, not user fault.

Loyal customers deserve better than this.
