Update about the 102 year old man who doesn't want to return to the nursing home. I've been busy - but here is a brief report.

The son and the father commissioned an actual assessment by a doctor - that showed John Sr. has the mental capability to make his own decisions. I have seen the medical documents.

The old man has all his prescriptions, and (according to the doctor) is being well cared for by his son and the daily support worker.

Lawyers' documents are flying back and forth. The OPP has contacted John Jr. again, but not busted in the door.

Rebel News has been on scene, so perhaps we will see something from them - or not. Not every story fits with every audience.

John Sr. seems happy and has quite a sense of humour (I spoke with him again) - but serious legal questions are in play including the judge's order to apprehend John Sr.

AND - the fight over John Sr's farm and finances is fully engaged.
