Hey @airtelindia I know customers are expected to be patient, but is this really how your field reps are supposed to speak to people?

Your technician arrived, checked the connection status only from the internal portal, didn’t test the actual link, asked me for a laptop because he didn’t have one, and then started arguing when I explained the difference between Wi-Fi and internet connectivity.

The conversation eventually went from troubleshooting to:
“Tu apne aapko expert samjhta hai?”
followed by:
“Meri t-shirt dekh.”

Is this seriously the level of professionalism Airtel considers acceptable customer support?

Never ever take a travel policy from @policybazaar

I took a @CareHealthIndia travel policy from Policybazaar.

My flight from Dubai got delayed by more than 4 hours (Jan 2026).

I put in a claim as > 4 hours delay, a compensation was to be paid as per policy document.

And then the nightmare started. They asked for some docs, which I sent. Policybazaar RM follows up. They keep calling that Care Insurance requires more docs. I tell them it is too much an hassle and I don't want to pursue the claim. But they pursue me to send the docs and they will do the followup with Care. Policybzaar keeps calling and I do give the docs. All that are required. As claim amount is not worth the docs they keep on asking everytime, I decide not to pursue.

Care keeps asking for already sent documents. Policybazaar has no clue. Each time different RM calls. I tell them don't call me. But I keep getting calls. And Care keeps sending mails and SMS asking for docs already submitted.

It seems Care doesn't want to pay. Fine, I have learnt my lession. I will never buy again from Care and Policybazaar.

I don't want the claim. Stop the harassment. Please don't call me again.

Lando Norris is the first driver to win their maiden championship since Max Verstappen in 2021.

Both did it in their 7th season with a team that signed them as junior prospects.

Both clinched it in Abu Dhabi where they both got their 18th podium of the season.

Both clinched the title in the last race of a current regulation set.

Both did it against a driver who had just won 4 straight titles.

In 2021, Lewis Hamilton was denied his 5th straight title but this time it was Verstappen who was denied his 5th straight.

This season, Verstappen became the first driver to win 8+ races & not win the title since … you guessed it … Hamilton in 2021.

And just like in 2021, a huge factor in Verstappen’s current season were two races that involved a collision with a Mercedes.

And now we head into a new set of regulations with a new world champion again.

If you believe dogs are dirty, don’t move to a country or a community where the culture includes keeping dogs as pets, and expect them to stop walking their dogs.

Moving to a new country, and learning to live amongst people who keep dogs as pets, and listen to music and dance, and have loud amusement parks and beer and wine, and women who choose for themselves how they dress - or who have any other parts of their culture that differ from yours - that’s immigration.

Expecting them to change, and trying to force them to change to accommodate you? That’s invasion.

This is heartbreaking and chilling from Uttarakhand 💔

Journalist Rajeev Pratap, age ~36 ran a digital news channel called Delhi Uttarakhand Live.

He used to report on local issues recently he posted stories about the condition of the district hospital in Uttarkashi and irregularities in a school

His wife says that after uploading those videos, Rajeev began receiving threats people warned him to take them down

On September 16 (or around then), he went missing while heading towards Gangori-Bhatwari

Late night of September 18, his last known message to his wife went undelivered, she says he called, saying he felt anxious because of threats

On September 19, his car badly damaged was found in the Bhagirathi River near Gangori

Then on Sunday, his body was recovered from Joshiyara barrage in the river

Police say it looks like an accident his car may have skidded into the swollen river

The family rejects that, they say he was abducted, that he didn’t just fall off the road

We are left with more questions than answers, Rajeev’s voice is silenced but the questions he raised & the mystery of his death cannot be buried, his family deserves truth & Justice

BJP's biggest success has been in convincing their fanbase that something good is happening somewhere, maybe not around you. People who have never stepped in trains for years say with confidence India's trains are doing so much better, but the ones using it know the truth. Train using folks are meanwhile thinking airways has become better while those using flights know how much inflation and bad service has plagued it recently. Service people taxed heavily are thinking okay my taxes are heavy, but ease of doing business is getting better and India's a success story, while people in business know if anything it should be renamed to difficulty in doing business and most business success stories are in spite rather than because of the government.
Salaried Middle class people thinking that inflation is there for me but for farmers etc direct benefits helping them, while farmers know how much taxes they are having to pay on fertilizers pesticides etc.
More or less har jagah same hee story hai. Kahi toh acha ho Raha hai, humare aas paas shayad nahi, par Modiji kuch toh acha kar rahe hai.
