Attempted to upgrade my ticket (PNR: PHOCH9) to Premium Economy,but the process failed, and the amount was debited. Customer care advised raising a refund request and retrying.The new payment succeeded.Kindly refund the amount for the failed transaction.

@airindia It’s been almost a week and still no resolution. Called the care numerous times still the status is pending. I have attached every possible screenshot and document, still I haven’t receive the refund. Please look into it and process the refund
