@Entergy @EntergyMS In my main service panel (below the meter), every L1 breaker drops to ~96V and every L2 breaker rises to ~134V under heavy load (both ACs running). No-load voltages are 118V/124V. Main panel neutral is secure. This appears to be a service-side issue.
