Heavy rain + open pits = risk of flooding, accidents & loss of lives.

As per contract rules, @Airtel_Presence must restore roads & pathways to original condition after laying fiber. Instead, they abandoned open pits, mud & debris – risking accidents & flooding into houses during rains.
