🚨 THIS IS EXACTLY WHY SO MANY OF US ARE SICK OF IT.

Two young British girls on a night out, visibly scared.

A bloke notices something isn’t right, walks over and starts asking if they’re okay. He checks whether the men hanging around them are actually WITH them.

The girls say NO.

One of the men is stood outside the club in jogging bottoms. The girls look terrified.

So this stranger refuses to just walk past and mind his own business. He stays with them and tells the men straight:

STOP HARASSING GIRLS.

And afterwards? The girls THANK him for stepping in.

This is what women and girls are dealing with.

A night out. Walking to a mate’s. Going to the shops. Getting home at night. Constantly looking over your shoulder and wondering whether that bloke following you is going to leave you alone.

And apparently we’re supposed to pretend nobody can see what’s happening?

We’re not “imagining” it.

WE’RE LIVING IT.

When are people going to stop pretending everything is fine?

Steam Next Fest was an overwhelming success!

Despite server issues and some hilarious (and frustrating) bugs, we welcomed over 33,000 players onto Farmouth Island. Let’s dive in 👇

First of all, we’d be remiss if we didn’t open with a huge thank you to our community. Thanks to your generosity with feedback, your patience with our development hiccoughs, and your passion for The Bornless, we’ve come away from Next Fest armed with a ton of useful data to help us improve the game.

As you can see in the graphic below, we saw:

- Steam Impressions: 5M+
- Social Views: 750,000+
- Store Page Visits: 500,000+
- Twitch Views: 250,000+
- Playtest Requests: 250,000+

And that’s not to mention the nearly 2,000 new members who joined our Discord, and the 18,000+ new wishlists added during the event!

None of this would’ve been possible without you, so again, thank you.

Now, we’re getting our heads down once more, noses to the grindstone, so we can come back bigger and better soon. This was our first Next Fest, and our first widely available demo at this scale. It wasn’t without challenges, but we’re incredibly proud of our efforts, and even more grateful to you.

Playtest Update - Server Downtime

We encountered an issue where some players were experiencing timeouts when attempting to matchmake. In order to solve this, we've had to shut down the servers temporarily while we test.

As soon as we have a fix, we will let you know!
