So Jamaica has recorded significantly higher Imports than exports recently. Still, there are no incentives for exporters. Risks in the business are consumed 100% by exporters, and there is little to no advocacy to make it better.

A reminder that Jamaica needed crowdfunding to help get to the Women's World Cup due to lack of support from the JFF.
Man City's Bunny Shaw was in tears at fulltime. Look at what it means π₯Ίπ
You know how crazy it is seh Reggae Girlz who had to launch a GoFundMe to help with the cost to host a training camp have managed to qualify for the World Cup BACK TO BACK

Not sure why some of us in this space don't care about facts. I am not saying that the 18 years the pnp in government there was no corruption. There was!! I am saying within the 7 years of this gov. The quantity and the level of corruption is unprecedented. Facts!
A judge has lashed the Government for a βgrave misuse of state powerβ after police used state of emergency (SOE) rules to haul a man from his bed and detained him for 20 days before releasing him without charge in 2020.
The St James man has been awarded more than $4 million for breaches of his constitutional rights while the northwestern parish was under a SOE, a security measure that limits peopleβs rights by giving the security forces enhanced powers of search and arrest.
βThere can be no question that the manner in which the claimant was treated is the result of a grave misuse of state power,β declared Justice Andrea Pettigrew-Collins in her judgment handed down last month in businessman Kurt Mitchellβs case against the State.
Approximately 6 a.m. on July 1, 2020, Mitchell said he was awakened by his wife and realised that there were police personnel inside his home. They searched the dwelling and found nothing illegal.
"This court is of the view that an award of damages for false imprisonment only will not suffice to express the necessary disapproval of the State acting in such a manner to deprive a citizen of his freedom to move about, spend time with family and carry on his lawful business in circumstances where he was never charged,β the judge said.
