@virginmedia called me last week and said I had no choice but to accept a 'free' upgrade and it would "only cost £20 admin" I said no because I don't need an upgrade. Now I get a letter, saying I have until Dec 1st to keep HD, so go to the www and guess what - its free. #WhyLie?
