@DVLAgovuk But when you exchange it for one in another country, nobody can see your drivers licence record / categories , and when requested it's sent through in an un-legible format, old fashioned fax ?? Why? It's like it's done on purpose to make it impossible??? Why???

@DVLAgovuk No, just insufficient information given to Spanish licence authorities when exchanging licence, I mean who uses fax these days with un readable information? Oh the #DVLA 😡 never mind I only needed it for work 😡
