‼️FACT: Roy Kim was NOT in Jung Joonyoung’s Molka Chat group! ‼️

The BBC recently posted a video about Jung Joonyoung's Molka case in 2019, Roy Kim's name was not mentioned because he has nothing to do with the case.
Why? Do you need evidence?

We'll explain with the evidence below ⬇️

1️⃣ In February 2020, Channel A revealed the results of investigations into Roy Kim:

- Roy Kim was NOT a member of Jung Joonyoung’s Molka chat room.

- He was actually in a "Fishing Related" chat room, NOT the Molka chatroom.

During that time, a photo of a certain celebrity, which was pornographically composited, was circulated. Roy Kim took a screenshot of the blog (explaining the photo was fake) and said it was a composite picture and not a real photo of the celebrity in the fishing chat room. However, it was somehow publicized as him distributing a general pornographic image even though he posted it just to clarify that the photo is fake. The reporter said that she’s sorry for Roy Kim, hoping everyone will know the truth.

2️⃣ Strong Evidence:

In December 2019, the court released Jung Joon-young’s sentencing document, which contains all of the members of Jung Joon-young's Molka chatroom, including celebrities and non-celebrities, as well as one-on-one chats involving Molka.

All celebrities are listed by their real names, while non-celebrities are listed only by their last names. You can see the original text of the document at this link, which does NOT contain Roy Kim or his Korean name.

So, we say it again:
‼️Roy Kim has nothing to do with the case.

He could have proved his innocence in 2019, but at that time, the media were not willing to report the correct news because of the wrong reports they had released before.

3️⃣ The KIM in the BBC documentary is NOT Roy Kim:

In the BBC’s video about JJY’s Molka case, there's a guy named Kim in the chat logs. That KIM is NOT Roy Kim.
The KIM is a non-celebrity who works for the Burning Sun Club and was also JJY's roommate. There were news and photos of him being caught in 2019. Please check the links below:

Roy Kim was never incriminated in the BBC’s video, which is why there was a Kim in the chat logs, but no one talked about or showed a picture of Roy Kim because that KIM is NOT Roy Kim.‼️

4️⃣ Roy Kim was involved in the case in 2019, and the story behind it was revealed by a reporter in 2020. After that, the Korean public gradually got to know the truth, and many people hope he can come back because he has nothing to do with any Molka chatroom.

Now Koreans call the Roy Kim case a 'witch hunt'.

Now in 2024, the BBC video brings it back to light again. We are very sorry to see that Roy Kim was misunderstood and attacked again, and accused of something he didn’t do.
