Finally I got my #BYD Car back after 38 days only due to continuous follow ups and paid ₹1,21,000/- for repair inspite of @ICICILombard insurance.
Still fighting for my hard earned money.
@BYDCompany @BYDGlobal has remained un-cooperative throughout the process. @hangang @odmag

has reject my Insurance Claim no. MOT15801010 of My BYD E6, by saying, there is no physical damage in car, so the claim was rejected. Actually, AIR bag opens on the road at night after a sudden big jerking & car was locked that place. @BYDCompany

Beware of @ICICILombard always has a bad experience with them. This time feeling cheated, they have taken almost ₹125000 premium in 2 years and rejected the claim only since I did not hit or broken my car badly.

Without a damaged accident no claims. Opening only AIR Bags without physical Damage is not damage and insurance is zero.

My BYD Car is in the garage at Noida Sector 63 BYD Warehouse for the last 10 days. In conversation Claim Officer said without Physical Damage in Car Insurance is not covered, Indirectly, he is saying I have to Break body then only file Claim. @ICICILombard @BYDCompany
