@galatent @MrJasonMace Thanks Ryan, this has taken 16 days to resolve with me having to chase up on at least 4 separate occasions. In my opinion providing a replacement set as I requested 12 days ago and several times since would have been a better way of dealing with the matter.

@HMRCcustomers Yes tried that several times, chat service always busy and I am hanging on the phone ages trying to sort someone else's problem which is why I resorted to here. Unfortunately just easier to shred whatever comes I guess and hope the problem eventually goes away.
