@sirpauk I had an on line appointment with the NHS pain clinic this week. Lucky for me I had come across TMS.and mind body pain before I spoke to him and before surgery. He appeared reluctantly impressed that I'd sorted myself out. Surgery advised and refused.

Covid Vaccine booked 9.20am tomorrow. Had to travel 15 miles to get the Astra Zenica vaccine. Onwards and upwards. Just the small issue of yet another holiday we've had to cancel. At least I'll immunised just in case we can get a quick get away. One can always hope! #AstraZeneca

Great exercise, mental health support and companionship. Everyone should have a dog it'll change your outlook if you're down, get you out into the world and life. They keep secrets and don't judge too. Best of all is the cuddles. What's not to love.
