@VerizonSupport As I stated, were there door to door salesmen in Parkhurst community, Fullerton California, from 4 pm to 8:30 pm on Tuesday April 21. Two were aggressive and neighbors were frightened they were knocking on doors so late at night. They refused to leave, no solicitation.

@JJWatt No service=no gratuity. The company’s obligated to pay employees salary, not me. Tipping is out of control. Standard is now at least 20% after tax. Moreover tipping is now tax exempt, another reason to lower the amount.
