@USPSHelp shipped a package priority on 4/24 which was showing an expected delivery date of Friday. Now it's Tuesday and the tracking info is showing no information available? Wtf? It's been a *lot* more than an hour since my visit.
@ATT no phone service since at least 5 this morning. No update about the cause. No update about an estimated return of service. No info at all other than "use wifi." Terrible communication. What's the plan here? What service am I paying for again?
@USPS only 1 person working the service desk at the Brookline Village location during the 1 to 2 hour seems really light at a time when lots of people are trying to make lunchtime post office runs. There are currently 8 of us waiting in line.
@nationalgrid First you reject a bulk payment without telling me that you were rejecting it, then you won't let me pay my damn bill online? What is even going on with your awful, miserable website?
@chunter16 @VirtuaProcessor @Sonic9jct Not much, honestly; libraries aren't in the business of archiving materials, generally. We want patrons to use stuff, which means it wears out or breaks. If they're not using it anymore, we get rid of it. My library just weeded out the last of our 360 and Wii games for non-use.
@MassDOT who do I talk to about my EZ Pass being sent to the wrong address? Changed my address on the site and requested a new pass only for it to be shipped somewhere I haven't lived in years.
Who would have thought: as the @MBTA has gotten worse, a lot of people who can afford other options take them. People with fewer resources who rely on public transit get screwed. https://t.co/23WvH6HaZo
@MBTA@MassGovernor or is it just going to keep being "more bad news" every time the T is trending/every time there's an MBTA press release? People need a break and to know what the plan is. It's exhausting dealing with the T every day and having it just keep getting worse.
@MBTA@MassGovernor I literally bought a car to escape the T because an 8 mile commute taking anywhere from 1.5 to 2 hours each way isn't sustainable or healthy. What's the actual plan? Any recognition on the toll this takes for workers and their families?
@MBTA@MassGovernor Slow zones everywhere, buses don't show up/get cancelled w/o warning, headways in excess of 15 min, escalators down almost a year throughout the system, entire lines shut down with no discernable improvement when they reopen and no end in sight for commuters.
@afertig It's so bad. So bad. Getting from Brookline to Medford was taking me two hours by T, sometimes. To go 8 miles. I finally bought a car, because I just couldn't take it anymore. It takes me less than a half hour, now, and no more "will the bus actually show up?" game.
@lis_grievances Gen X/Boomer librarians who are weirdly judgy about Millennial fashion. You're the worst. Mind your own business. Stop being needless killjoys.
Real nice @MBTA ; the 66 just flew by Eliot St at Bennett without stopping. Three minutes early and it can't stop to pick up passengers? Fantastic service, as always.
@MBTA Apologies don't get me to work in a reasonable time or make me feel like my monthly T Pass is worth the money it costs. It'd be nice if the T was committed to a safe transit system that actually did the ONE THING a transit system is supposed to do.
@MBTA can you just update the bus schedules so you're not advertising buses that literally never show up? It's been *months* of the 101 to Sullivan not showing up. How is anyone supposed to plan their commute if the schedules are always wrong?
