@EmiratesSupport - long time customer here - what has happened to you guys? Dealing with people Support who don't seem to want to help. Currently have a booking that says I get additional luggage allowance, however have been told that's not correct - but they won't honor it.crazy

They tell me "I should have known this" - but can't reference where I could find this information. Zero understanding or empathy too. Flown this route 6/7 times with Emirates. Been silver and gold. Going to lose me as a customer over 12kg....

Flying Auckland - Dublin - Auckland. Check before flying and see I have 42kg both flights, so bring excess luggage on first flight. Get notification that my tier is changing while away. Check with support and told I won't get the extra baggage for return.
