#virginmedia what bad service, took a contract after postcode check showed VM best option (and me having had it for years on old address), they come and say they need to dug a cable. Next thing they terminate me saving it isn't worth their time

@virginmedia yes but I am happy to explore if I can cover the costs, given you supply in the street and I like to use VM and your technical assessment said it is feasible but that option wasn't even considered when I offered it

@virginmedia what a joke, they offer to connect homes and provide fibre, you take a contract and when it comes to installation date they say "it is not worth the costs to connect a cable to your house", you offer to pay for the installation if needed but they terminate anyways
