Terrible experience at T2 Kempegowda Airport at 3 am. today morning. The authorities expect family members to just drop off those traveling and leave the airport.
If these are rules, they have not been made public. Total harassment faced at the airport. Very sad experience

@zomatocare @zomato tremendous negligence in the part of service delivery agents. They update the app with delivered yet they and the order is no where in sight. The delivery person does not attend calls and the agents are eager to refund. That's so not a service delivery mindset

@ZeptoNow. I regularly encounter the most pathetic service from Zepto in South Bangalore. The quality assurance team needs a very strong training and on the job application of the same. Order for Chicken burger from Venky's is delivered as Mccains Veg burger. Return not possible

@yellowChilli Ludhiana. The service is pathetic. If you come in a large group, you need to wait for a long time for food to be served. The singer too needs to be more energetic to keep the crowd entertained. Sad experience
