If there are no services in certain areas where you cannot deliver item then why DTDC taking shipments for there. @consaff @jagograhakjago

@DTDCIndia We have a parcel to receive through DTDC No.D01023041 but while checking online the status is showing delivered but it is not reached us till now. the courier agent is telling us to pick up the package from 20 km away from our house what type of service is providing.
