@hansolo945 @SpcCadetGlowAO3 Yes but I have no advice. My dad doesn’t believe in therapy and tricking one into therapy doesn’t work. It’s been hard on me and my siblings. Sometimes when a person is so shutdown, hope of any kind can seem terrifying. And trying requires too much dopamine.

I hate being bored. Feels like my body is being pulled in multiple directions and my brain can’t focus on any of it so it’s just shouting and counting down the time till I sleep or die.

@Mister_E_Fish If you look at decision making models, it may make you feel a bit better to know that there are multiple steps to making a decision. Even NT aren’t just able to suddenly decide things. It may take as longer but the NT have to climb the same decision making stairs that we do.

@Mister_E_Fish Changing directions, especially in a big career way is hard and takes time to not just act but accept. Additionally the adhd part makes it hard to gather momentum enough to start the process. I relate, know it’s possible just may take time and self analysis

@Mister_E_Fish There are companies that sell planner refills. :) I don’t remember the brand name but I def seen them. Japanese stationary for sure does. There are also a lot of digital downloads if you wanted to print your own. I Love your work man :)

@AnnMemmott Asd was first, and when I feel though the autism iceberg and had to process what that meant, I learned how if you have one neurodivergent condition you may have more. The percentage of those with asd who also have Eds or pmds is insanely high.
