@FrozenProduce Sounds similar to our process - did you get any feedback from candidates about the process? Specifically did the implementation appeal to them or annoy them? My hope is that we get more diverse applicants without making the process worse / slower

Anyone experienced running or applying through blind hiring processes? We're currently hiring and doing it blind until the 3rd round (where we pair program with the candidate) to avoid bias and I'm wondering how others have experienced this before.
