RDSO team participated in the recently held ‘International Exhibition for Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Foundry Industries’ at Coimbatore from 22nd to 24th Aug 2024.
Various casting components used in Indian Railways viz- side frame and Bogie Bolster of CASNUB bogies, Brake Disc of LHB coaches, CBC Couplers for coaches and wagons etc. were on display by the manufacturers. Healthy interactions with the industry resulted in various new insights about the manufacturing processes and product design & quality.

The latest software for modeling, structural analysis and dynamic simulations, operated by a dedicated and skilled team of designers, is being effectively utilized to enhance the reliability, longevity, and maintainability of Indian Railways' freight stock and progressively contributes to higher throughput under Mission Raftaar. @RailMinIndia

आरडीएसओ लखनऊ से अगस्त 2024 में कुल दो अधिकारी और तीन कर्मचारी सेवानिवृत्त हुए है। इस अवसर पर आयोजित समारोह में सेवानिवृत्त कर्मियों को महानिदेशक, आरडीएसओ ने बधाई एवं शुभकामनाएं दी। इस विदाई समारोह में अपर महानिदेशक, प्रधान मुख्य कार्मिक अधिकारी और अन्य अधिकारी भी उपस्थिति रहे। समारोह में सभी सेवानिवृत्त अधिकारी एवं कर्मचारी अपने परिवार के सदस्यों के साथ उपस्थित थे। सभी सेवानिवृत्त अधिकारियों एवं कर्मचारियों को सेवानिवृत्त लाभ उनके संबंधित खातों में अंतिम कार्य दिवस को भुगतान किए जाने का प्रावधान कर दिया गया है।
