James Rodriguez looked like the best technician on the pitch vs a team with Bruno Fernandes & 2 of PSG’s back to back CL-winning midfielders.Passes that kept splitting Portugal’s defence.Crazy to do that at 35 years old & not even playing regular football this season.Pure talent.
Colombia look like a proper threat for the knockouts. Lovely ball-carriers & physicality in midfield. Jhon Cordoba can hold up the ball. Muñoz & Arias are threats from RB. And James Rodriguez’s majestic passing to fit alongside Luis Diaz’s constant runs. Dangerous 🇨🇴
Children cannot consent. Period.
A 13-year-old boy who had sex with a 25-year-old woman was not “lucky.” He was sexually abused.
A 12-year-old girl in a short skirt did not seduce a grown man. A grown man chose to sexually abuse a child.
Eu to vendo muita gente falar que o Japão ta sendo soberbo, mas no meu ponto de vista não existe isso de você jogar a competição mais importante do seu esporte e entrar com mentalidade de que não da pra ganhar. Todo jogo é 50% numa copa do mundo.
Thierry Henry on the VAR decision that denied Iran a last-minute winner against Egypt:
🗣️ “I genuinely feel sick for the Iranian players. They believed they had written one of the greatest moments in their country's football history, only for it to be ripped away in seconds. That's a pain no footballer should experience.”
“You cannot ask players to give everything for ninety minutes and then allow a decision like this to define their World Cup. If VAR is overturning goals of this magnitude, it has to be absolutely flawless. There is no room for doubt.”
“Look at the faces of the players, look at the supporters in the stands. Those weren't just tears over a goal—they were tears over a dream that disappeared in an instant. That's what makes this so heartbreaking.”
“This isn't just about Iran anymore. Every nation at this World Cup should be worried because if a moment like this can happen on football's biggest stage, it can happen to anyone. That's a frightening thought.”
“The officials will move on to the next game, but the Iranian players and their supporters will carry this moment for the rest of their lives. Some scars in football never truly heal.”
“If that decision was wrong, then football has failed Iran. A World Cup should be remembered for unforgettable goals and heroic performances not for a controversy that leaves millions wondering what might have been.”
This might be my favorite Hisoka panel. The insight into the complexities of his search for intimacy while also exploring the sadness that comes with the settling of the dust of his fight with Chrollo, as well as an extension of their parallels is generational.

The reason I'll always defend "Calamity Grade" as a term is because it exists to seperate guys like Gojo, Yuji, Sukuna and Dabura from the likes of "Yuta" and "Geto"
They're all Special Grade of course but there's a clear difference
One thing I love about Colombia and South American teams in general is that if they can't score, they'll never let you score. And even if you do score, they'll make sure you don't enjoy the rest of the match.
The worst thing about that match from Portugal’s perspective ? They needed a win for an easier knockout bracket yet Martinez continued to sit in a passive 5-4-1 deep block not pushing for a goal. AND the deep block wasn’t even compact & Colombia should’ve won. Roberto Martinez…
