#ttrpg Seeing all the cool very specific small narrative rpgs on itch and I'm like, this would be awesome for character creation or downtime stuff or side-stories. Got me thinkin about "modes of play" and interesting optional subsystems for players in a downtime-focused campaign.

#ResidentEvil Lance Reddick is fantastic. Actors are great. Sets are awesome. Writing is campy (like RE games). It's a side story that extends game timeline. Watch it before you judge it. Fast forward through the teen drama if you need. I'd like to see a second season.

@PlayableWorlds Player cities! They resulted in such cool experiences and offered a really neat avenue for player agency. iirc we used "city ban" and "militia" to host guild vs guild pvp events without having to "guild war": so only the pvp folks could fight each other and crafters were safe.

#TruthSeekers season 1 was fantastic. X-files vibes with that irreverent Pegg/Frost flavor. I was glued to the mystery and watched it all in one go. Here’s hoping for season 2! Thank you everyone who worked on the show! It was a treat!

I wish I could give good cops benefit of the doubt. But any cop that stands by as this aggressive abuse continues is not a good cop. Fuck these cops. Any cop that’s a decent human needs to stand up against this violence against citizens and push for reform. “Just doing my job”BS

But like, the mushroom people form civilizations now and I found toad sprites from a Mario mod that have graphics for the different jobs and so the mushroom people can have a full sprite set, now. And send me trade caravans. And fight in wars.

Spent weeks getting a rimworld modlist together: decided to wait for updates and mod fixes. Started up dwarf fortress after 10 years, figured I could jump in. Have spent past 3 days learning how the RAW files work and modding it myself. I like don’t even *play* games anymore.
