@gauravkheterpal Age is just a number. Don't look at it. KFC was founded by Col. Sanders at the age of 60+. Even IBM was founded at the age of 60+. May be once you cross 60, you can set up another startup.
Cheers!!!
Honestly, this is the most accurate diagram I've seen.
Waterfall: You plan for 18 months and deliver exactly what nobody needs anymore.
Agile: You deliver something usable at every step, but the CEO keeps asking, "Where's the car?"
AI: You get the car on day one. It has six wheels, the doors are on backwards, and it has a rocket launcher. You spend more time making it yours than actually "building"; it's shaping. owning. verifying. That's what the best AI developers do now. They don't build. They shape and own.
Everyone said - “You can’t do this outside Bangalore.”
We proved them wrong doing it in Jaipur bringing a tech giant valued at over a billion dollars (more than 8000 Crore INR) to setup a base in our city - Jaipur!
We helped one of our clients @CopadoSolutions to build a world class engineering center with top notch infrastructure and facilities right in the heart of Jaipur - focused on delivering the next wave of innovation in AI, DevOps & CRM space.
The best part - this facility will serve customers & partners not just in India, but in the wider Asia Pacific region thereby positioning it as our regional APAC HQ - thereby creating hundreds of jobs in the next few years.
And let me just add - for all the hype and hoopla around Rising Rajasthan & Digital India, we built this with ZERO support from the Government. Nobody helped us despite us running around from pillar to post for almost a year!
India’s next wave of global tech will rise from Tier-2 cities like Jaipur - and it’s already happening. We aren't aren’t just catching up. We're taking over. Jaipur is proof.

This is the executive leadership team of @CopadoSolutions - a US-based technology giant valued at over $1 BILLION (more than INR 8000 Crore) and they're here in Jaipur to open their new office.
Look at how beautifully they learnt & embraced our culture, our prayers. The next time you have some overseas guests in your office, rather than dancing for them on Bollywood songs or item numbers - involve them in something that truly reflects our Indian culture.
They may not do it perfectly, but they'll try their best and they'll remember it for the rest of their lives.🇮🇳

Smart American students now skip going to college and forward-thinking employers are enabling them. This is going to be a profound cultural shift. This is the real "youth power", enabling young men and women to stand on their own feet, without having to incur heavy debt to get a degree and paying their own way. This trend will change the way they view the world and it will change culture and politics.
I would urge educated Indian parents and high schoolers, as well as leading companies to pay attention.
At Zoho, no job requires a college degree and if some manager posts a job that requires a degree, they get a polite message from HR to remove the degree requirement!
In Tenkasi, I closely work with a technical team whose median age is 19. Their energy and can-do spirit is infectious. I have to work hard to keep up with them!
