After working with 600+ home service businesses I can tell you exactly where most of them are bleeding money on marketing.
I put the whole playbook into a free Marketing Roadmap.
The local SEO moves that actually generate calls.
Which marketing channels are a waste in 2026.
The GBP strategy most companies completely ignore.
I built this for our clients but I'm dropping it publicly tonight.

this WHITEBOARD explainer just leveled up.
now it's a real person standing at the board, lip-synced, actually writing while she talks
her eyes stay on the board the whole time she's mid-stroke, only glancing at the camera between marks. that one detail is what makes it read as a real person teaching something instead of an avatar reciting lines
quick workflow:
- lock the actor once, straight-on with a blank board, camera perpendicular so nothing keystones
- write the dialogue as one continuous script, split into clips with word-for-word timestamps matched to each stroke
- a gaze rule keeps her eyes on the board mid-write, camera only between strokes
- frame-chain each clip's last frame into the next, lock the board state explicitly so nothing gets redrawn
- when chaining voice across clips, lock accent and pitch only, forbid repeating dialogue, or the next clip quietly re-says lines already spoken
took a few failed attempts to get the board angle, the gaze, and the voice chaining all working together without breaking each other

google's omni model + podcast ugc is actually blowing my mind
this wasn't edited together
i wrote one conversation, pressed generate, and got back a complete talking podcast in a single output
after dozens of tests i finally landed on the workflow that makes ai hosts sound surprisingly human
it's quietly become the highest converting creative format i've found, and i barely see anyone using it
so here's everything i use:
> my complete prompt from idea to finished video
> how i generate full 60 second podcasts in one shot
> the dialogue framework that keeps people watching
> the image setup that makes the avatars look real
rt + comment "podcast" and i'll send you everything

Great advice: do more
Also great advice: do less
How do you make sense of it?
Do more of fewer.
“Perfect every detail. Limit the number of details.” -Jack Dorsey
I found the simplest way anyone can go viral on youtube.
(Without needing any experience)
It's the exact system I've used to scale 50+ channels.
Here's how it works:
this Hermes agent finds the person who just bought a car, renders their exact car in a custom wrap, and mails them a postcard on autopilot...
here's how wrap shops & detailers land recurring clients with this system:
- watches dealer sales the moment a car sells
- filters for the buyers most likely to spend
- pulls the buyer's exact car photo + sale details
- renders their real car: wrap, wheels, full build
- spins up a 360 walkaround video of the build
- builds a one-tap order page, live at a URL
- prints a postcard with their car already wrapped + QR
- mails it straight to the new owner by name
every step from sale to mailbox is automated.
reply "CAR" + RT and i'll send you the full breakdown so you can build this too (must be following so i can DM)
