Really disappointed with my @zomatocare order today. Coke was spilled all over the package, the entire order was soaking wet, and even the burger box got completely ruined because of the leakage. Extremely poor packaging and delivery experience.

@zomatocare @zomato 's customer support is extremely trash never going to order from here they have no direct way to get refunds or keep track of redunds, unlike @SwiggyCares in fact zomato's "support chat" will reply with "we have spend your feedback to the outlet" is ts a joke

Despite repeated emails & tweets regarding a mold-contaminated burger from @McDonaldsIndia, I’ve still received no proper response. This is a serious food safety issue. If ignored further, I’ll be compelled to pursue formal legal & regulatory escalation regarding the incident.
