Its been over 10yrs since we had turned off the news channels at home. We rely on newspapers and validate any biased news over internet sources.
Same goes with cricket that got booted out of TV at home since last 23yrs. No exaggeration!!
Quit it for a month, gone for lifetime.

About a week ago, I told my mother to switch off TV for good. The amount of anxiety media creates is very unhealthy. There is no question that are in middle of an unprecedented crisis. There is no q that media must show the extent of crisis. But it has to be done responsibly.

An update:
Got a revised “invoice” with correct amount. But the discrepancy in the “statement” remains. Not sure why the difference between a statement and an invoice. I will look for someone on the field to know more details on this part.

Eg. Payment on 699 plan is for ₹824 but the receipt is for ₹744. Rest ₹80 gone?

curiously, checked with one of my contacts and asked them to check their statement. Same issue!! Theybare also on the same plan and had not checked their statement till now. They realized it after i informed them.
Something isnt going good.

I called the local marketing agent and he blocked me.
I called the helpdesk and got connected 5th time, but the helpdesk agent said my query is forwarded and inwill get a call back. No updates.
I emailed the customer support but no response till now.

@AmazonHelp Your statement is incorrect. I have rechecked my Apple account and it is India based.

Bhai, you are getting this thought a bit late. All other players are already in deep loss and their service quality has gone to pataal!! I heard they dont have money to run AC in their towers and replace equipments failing due to heating issue. I never considered Jio till date.

After enjoying cheap and nearly free data on mobile internet for a good 3 years now, slowly my opinion is changing.

I think I am ok with paying more for better speed and reliable network.

This cheap data actually is counter productive? Or is it just my network that's an issue?

Dear @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK greetings from #mangalore. This is what I get from #BSNL fibre for paying Rs.1,300/mo for 100mbps promised speed. Surprising that the service has become pathetic since #Reliance has laid cable in our area. You never learn frm past mistakes @rsprasad

@BSNLCorporate Thank you very much. A BSNL member personally came home to attend to the issue. Remote reset was performed & speed was tested. During testing, speed was observed above 75mbps, with occasional speed drops to ~17mbps. He was kind enough to give his number to share my observations.
