#NoSecretDeals - If countries such as #Uganda#Kenya or Equatorial Guinea join #EITI global transparency group, disclosure of contracts must be part of the requirement. My new blog https://t.co/7vt95aBTqe via @OxfamAmerica
Why I am in Kyiv this week ? Trying to get more progressive standards for contract disclosure for oil, gas & mining companies in the new #EITI standard. @Oxfam's picture might suggest this is about Africa, but it is also highly relevant for Europe. @EITIorg@Ianpgary#eitikyiv19
Per @NRGInstitute 31 of 51 countries in #EITI disclose some of their oil, mining deals. My blog - time for global transparency initiative to make it a requirement! https://t.co/7vt95aBTqe via @OxfamAmerica#eitikyiv19

I am so excited to share this amazing news!
@OmidyarNetwork's Governance & Citizen Engagement initiative is now Luminate!
I am honored to lead our work in #LatinAmerica in the areas of Civic Empowerment, #Data & Digital Rights, Financial Transparency and Independent #Media.
